Led by Dr. Bruce Humphries, DC, our Redlands, CA office brings together experienced professionals in chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture, along with a friendly front office staff who will make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
About Dr. Bruce Humphries, DC
Dr. Humphries was raised in Yucaipa California. He attended Yucaipa High, Crafton Hills College, Brigham Young University and Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Humphries graduated from Chiropractic College in 1990. He has treated 1000’s of patients since beginning private practice in Redlands. He is passionate about helping his patients achieve the highest level of health possible.
Dr. Humphries is married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren. He is active in church and family activities.
Dr. Humphries not only promotes a healthy lifestyle to his patients, but practices what he teaches by exercising on a regular basis, eating right, and receiving regular Chiropractic treatments.

Dr. Bruce Humphries, DC leads our practice and has years of experience treating sports injuries, accident injuries, headaches, and chronic pain.
Do you have a massage therapist on staff?
Yes. Our licensed massage therapist offers sports massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, and cupping.
Do you have an acupuncturist?
Yes. Our acupuncturist is a California board-certified and NCCAOM board-certified licensed acupuncturist.
Will I see the same provider each visit?
Dr. Humphries oversees your chiropractic care, and our team coordinates any massage or acupuncture sessions as part of your plan.
